Options Workshop

The Water Forever Options Workshop was the final event of the Have Your Say phase of Water Forever. The event brought together around 120 decision-makers, business, industry, opinion leaders and community members to reflect on and discuss what has been learnt through Water Forever so far.

The workshop consisted of a series of presentations and interactive workshops on water service delivery for the next 50 years. Areas of focus were:

  • Planning assumptions around climate change
        and population growth;
  • Water use and efficiency;
  • Water sources and recycling; and
  • Water in the environment.
